ERIC HAGE, CIO

Eric was Director of Convertible Arbitrage Accounts at Salomon Smith Barney, where from 1999 to 2002 he was responsible for major client accounts. From 1994 to 1999 as Institutional Trader, Convertible Securities, he made markets in all types of US convertible securities (coupon, zeros, preferreds, mandatories) and averaged 40% per year return on capital. As first Managing Director and then Co-Head of Sales, Convertible Securities at Bear Stearns from 1991 to 1994, he managed large institutional investor accounts and collaborated with the Equity Syndicate Department in pricing new convertible issues. At Smith Barney from 1989 to 1991 he was Assistant Trader, Convertible Securities engaged in market making and convertible arbitrage with institutional traders, after completing the Institutional Sales and Trading Training Program covering all fixed income and equity products. From 1986 to 1988 as a Trader at Continental Grain, he bought and sold cash grain commodities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana and hedged positions with grain futures. Mr. Hage was awarded an MBA in Finance & International Economics in 1989 by Columbia Business School and a BS in Agricultural Economics in 1986 by Cornell University, where he was President of Phi Delta Theta.
DANIEL HAGE, Senior Trader

Daniel was from 2000 to 2002 the Sales Manager, Convertible Securities at CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for selling convertible securities to US convertible arbitrage and outright accounts. In that position he developed convertible trading ideas for customers through exhaustive research on equities and convertibles, employing input from various research, trading, sales and technology groups. From 1998 to 2000 he was Convertible Bond Broker at Fahnestock, responsible for brokering convertible securities between institutional accounts. There he developed target lists of convertible securities, maintained markets, and established relationships with traders and managers. From 1995 to 1997 he was on one of the largest convertible brokerage desks on Wall Street at Murphy & Durieu, first as International Convertible Bond Broker covering London dealers and US hedge funds in brokering of Asian convertibles, and then as Domestic Convertible Bond Broker covering institutional traders and convertible arbitrage managers. From 1990 to 1992 he was a Financial Analyst at Time Warner, where he generated corporate reports on paper usage, waste and costs at all internal printing facilities. Mr. Hage was awarded an MBA in Finance in 1994 by the University at Albany and a BS in Business Administration in 1989 by LeMoyne College.
MARC ABIZAID, Credit Analyst

Marc has broad experience from two decades of financial analysis and business management. As an analyst at Tailwind Consulting, 2003-2004, he planned and implemented business turn-arounds and financial restructurings. As a partner in Loris Partners, 2001-2003, he performed financial analysis for private restructuring of small/mid cap companies and venture capital funding of biotech startups. While CEO of Consolidated Steel, 1996-2002 and Director, Armco-Indumetal, 1988-1992, he focused on restructuring and recapitalizing the firms through private-placement bond issuance, negotiated long-term, reciprocal supply agreements, initiated oil price hedging programs, developed state-of-the-art information and cost reduction systems, and achieved a four-fold increase in manufacturing productivity. While CFO/Director of Pepsico International affiliate, SevenUp Bottling SAL, 1992-1996, he upgraded the distribution network with IP-based information systems and inventory control, created a sales staff compensation program, and enhanced cash flow with supply chain improvements. Mr. Abizaid was awarded a BS in Hotel Administration in 1986 by Cornell University.
JUDD VOLBRECHT, CFO

Judd has been Manager of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation at Opis Fund Services, LLC since early 2005. He manages a team of accountants serving small hedge funds in various investment strategies including convertible arbitrage with a full range of accounting services and also provides tax service to high net worth individuals. He is personally skilled in fund accounting, financial statement and tax return preparation, partner allocations and taxation, jurisdictional issues, election requirements and choice of entity matters. From 2002 to 2005 he was a Senior Manager at Weineck, Sanders, Leventhal and Co., LLP managing professional services for investment partnerships, offshore funds and broker/dealers. Prior to 2002 he was a Partner in M&M Investors, co-managing an investment portfolio, and before that was Managing CPA at Levin, Pascal & Company. As a CPA, he has also been retained in the past by privately held businesses and high net worth individuals. He holds an MS in Taxation from Seton Hall University and a BS in Accounting from Trenton State College.
REBECCA GARDNER , Operations
Rebecca Gardner joined Mohican in April 2004 as Manager of Operations. She is experienced in back office operations, including clearance and settlement of trades, cash flow accounting, and reconciliation. She also implements the firm's compliance program, generates fund performance reports, and maintains Mohican listings in hedge fund databases. From 1998 to 2004 she was Supervisor of Retail Sales at The National Baseball Hall of Fame. Rebecca holds a BS in Biology from Syracuse University and is currently working toward certifications in series 7 & 63.
CHARLES HAGE, Compliance

From 1992 to 2001, Chuck was a Consultant in Business Development to high tech startup companies, an Advisor to Tech Ventures Inc, a venture capital firm, the New York State Director of the Center for Technology Commercialization, a northeast network of technology transfer, and President of Enterprise Technologies Inc, a private firm bringing Russian know-how to the US. From 1965 to 1991 at Eastman Kodak Company he was most recently Director, Corporate Business Development, negotiating and executing commercial agreements worldwide with corporations, private firms, universities and government agencies for research, development, production and supply of products in the fields of medical and industrial diagnostics, motion pictures and office equipment. Earlier he was Development Manager, Commercial Products and Engineering Manager, Government Products. For two years he was an Analyst at the NASA Flight Research Center. He holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
SEAN NELEN, Marketing

Sean Nelen has over ten years of Sales and Marketing experience. Sean has most recently consulted Mohican as a third party marketer as well as acting as a marketing analyst for Bassett Healthcare. Prior to that, Sean was a Regional Sales Manager for XOS Technologies/Pinnacle Systems from 1999-2006. As a Sales Manager, Sean serviced the Entertainment, Professional and NCAA Sports Marketplace as a technical marketing and sales professional. Sean has also worked as a Product Marketing Manager, developing digital coaching solutions for the NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA sports. Sean graduated from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 with a B.A in English Literature. Sean was a four year member of the Minutemen Basketball team and served as captain in the 1989-90 NIT season.
